Here's the problem with that statement, Sublime.

The black guy is black because he was born that way, my point is that a homosexual is not born that way, that he has made a choice to be gay or has had some environmental or sociological causalities that pushed him/her in that direction.

I'm not dissing the gay man or his lifestyle, I'm dissing the argument (cop-out) that it is genetic. And other junk science of its ilk.

since i cant PROVE that homosexuals are born that way, ill change my statment.

If it is not genetic it is a choice right? And if it is a choice that choice was based on causality/effect/environment/peer pressure/first exposure to sex, etc. I would venture to say it is a combination of both genetics and environment.

simply because of the social standard that it IS abnormal and uancceptable, no person would choose to feel a way that went against social norms, just cause people generally feel more comfrtable fittng in. (although im sure this isnt always true). they genuinely feel a particular way, and the only choice they make is to follow those feelings.

maybe your saying that we all feel urges of attraction to our samesex and only gay people follow them? ....well i certainly dont...AT ALL (not saying your gay just asking if thats what u mean)
