Gas issues on supps

I am two months into my supplement program and am looking for some advice. Taking whey protein is causing me to have a lot of gas. Not very pleasant for me or those around me. I definitely need the protein but am at a loss for a solution.. Will really appreciate any advice.. Thanks
 
i don't consume whey protein and this is one of the reasons

you are limiting gains by disrupting digestion when you consume something that tears up your stomach remember that.

eat REAL FOOD. protein powder IS NOT real food, i don't care what that doofus on social media might tell you trying to sell you his protein powder. I don't see a single animal on earth that consumes any sort of powder and humans for 2M years ate real food and somehow survived without protein powder, now suddenly since the 80's we are told we need it to build muscle? yeah okay
 
As per your other thread, that means you are ingesting too much protein. Lose the powder.
