Someone want to make up a diet and training plan for me? I'll stick to it.

I'm currently 195-200lbs. I'm 6'2". can hit 235 for 4-5 reps on bench. Can give you my other lift stats if need be.

Need a training plan that has 3-4 days a week of training (3 would be ideal if possible) also tell me what to eat to get growth.

Want to put on more muscle of course, would like to get to 220lbs.

i did that once already and i've gotten some gains, but I want a guru to cook up something for me.

Actually, I'm willing to put on a LITTLE fat, that is why I want to wait until October to start this, the beach season will be winding down. But as far as chicks go, it doesn't matter how big you are, if your abs are shit you look like a middle aged dude with a beer belly.
 
Then you don't really want it with that attitude you will never get there you have to put on some fat to get to where you want to be.

In particular, read up on madcow's postings on the DFT method of training. (the 5x5 linear and periodized workouts)

I'm probably at 10-12% bf now, isn't that enough fat?

I want to break it down to small attainable goals. detailed task lists bro. I know the high level concepts, I need the day to day, lift to lift, hour to our instructions. give me a cookbook for this shit.

5x5 sucks. I did it in highschool. Probably the most worthless thing I've ever used. If someone really wants to put on mass they have to eat A LOT. Put on some fat and then shed it later. Remember the bigger the muscle the more calories it burns. Its much easier for me to loose fat than someone who weighs a buck fifty. Do 3 really good warm up sets then hit 9 sets of extremely heavy weight. If you can do the reps more 5 times your lifting too light. I like 3 sets of 3 reps per workout with 9 sets of working and 3 sets of warmups.

Your goals:
1- quit being a pussy and try to crush everyone every day. if someone at your gym lifts more than you make it your one undying goal to beat them. when you lift more than everyone at your gym, find a new gym.
2- fuck the concepts, fuck the strategies, just put up bigger weights.
3- stop with the fucking geigh cable crossovers and bullshit rear delt machines, and any machines and pretty much all the cables for that matter.
4- hit the big lifts. do shoulder and overhead press stuff standing.
5- eat until you are going to puke and quit worrying about being ripped.

there is you day to day, lift to lift instructions.
