Last posted shots of me at 246lbs. I have since started doing deads again and I think it shows in my back. Im leaner now at 251lbs also. I've cleaned up my also and only have cheat meals on the weekends........................galaxy

Suspension sucks ass! End up sticking myself more than once because the fucking needle clogs! Yeah, and I need a tan. Even getting these pictures to come out in the gym was a chore. Had to try like 10 different spots to get the lighting as good as I could.

you look very good bro. What is your age??? Only thing that stands out in my opinion is your traps. I am not sure if you do these but try and do heavy shruggs with the bar that wraps around your front side. Try and do them after dead lifts or before your shoulder routine.
