Gal needs help getting stacked....

Hello.......This is Star and I's a got a question.......ECA stack......how much should I take for a 150lb 5"5 frame to lose weight. I just started anavar too at 10mg a day. I wanna drop a good 20lbs. I have dnp and T3 on the way (should be a couple of weeks) then I will throw that in the mix. Yada yada yada. Thanks for any help.

Take the eca at 12mgs ephedrine three times a day.
Wait for the t3 before using the anavar, for sure.

Repost this question once you get all your gear in order.

I'd do 12.5/200/80mg E/C/A.
If after a few days or a week, you're not feeling jittery, I'd do a second dose later during the day. Maybe right after lunch. No later than 3pm so it doesn't affect your sleep. I'd leave the T3 and DNP alone until you see how the ECA works. If you want to add the T3 if you're not getting results in a couple of weeks, do that. DNP as a LAST RESORT or not at all.. It works well, but it's very dangerous, so if you're set on doing it, be very careful. Good luck.
 
What I think that yellow bomber wanted to say was eph 20mg and caffiene 200mg three times a day, that is the best way to take it, and yes asprin is not needed.
 
My stupid ass took three capsules instead of two like the bottle said before going to the gym today. Let's just say I was breathing quite freely.....didn't like it at all. K, 2 caps got it. As far as waiting for the T3 to start the anavar.....too late. Started today. Guess I could stop but I was told it wouldn't make a difference if I added the T3 in a couple of weeks instead. Is this wrong? Please advise. I DONT want to add size. I want to lean up only and tone.

Oh yeah, one more thing. I am taking 10mg of anavar a day. How long before I start seeing results. I need to know so I can judge wether to stay at 10 or go up to 15mg a day. Thanks~

I see no problem in starting anavar before T3. I wouldn't do the t3 without any anabolic, but that is a different question.

You should start to see results on Anavar in about a week. 10 mg. seems like a sufficient dose regardless of what you see in the mirror.

Keep lifting, watch your diet, and do lots of cardio for fat loss.
 
10 mg is fine just don't get impatient it'll so in due time......We wanna see some after pic ok? RADAR
 
deal.....I promise to post after pics. I am doing 10min cardio before working out. Light weight, high rep weights for about an hour followed by 25min cardio. Started a clean diet today too. Wish me luck and self discipline. :p

Why are you doing light weight??? The more muscle you have, the faster you burn fat... You're not going to build 30 lbs of muscle on what you're taking. Go as heavy as you can for sets of 10-12.

As for the ECA definitely do 20mgs NOT 12.5 of the ephedrine... Not worth it. 3 times per day.

Start doing more cardio also. You can do the 10 min before you lift as a warm up, but you need to start adding more cardio than that. 30 mins per day, AT LEAST. Especially if you're going for fat burning. What is your bodyfat at right now?

I am 32 yrs old. I already have a pretty muscular frame that is why I do not want to add size and am doing light weight with high reps. I just happen to have a few pounds of fat on top of the muscles...lol. Couldn't work out for quite a while because of an operation on my arm. I only want to lean up and harden what I already have. I do the ten minutes as a warm up before and the 25 after. Can't do a whole lot more cause I got a daughter I need to take home, feed and put to bed. Haven't had my BF measured but I would guess it's about 18%. The last cycle I did (over a year ago) was of winny and I tell you it changed my whole build, metabolism (reset it) and I would stay away from that crap. Any who........I appreciate all the feed back!

P.S. My light weight is most womens max weight....lol
 
Either way, you need to do more cardio and make sure you're eating enough... Cardio is sooooooo important. How many days are you doing that much cardio? The more you do, the faster you'll get to your goals. :)

I agree with the others to some exent. Reps of 15 12 and 10 should be good, make sure that you are actually "working out" your muscles. Breaking them down so that they can be repaired! I see so many women in the gym, my girlfrined included, who do like 20 - 30 reps of certain exercises, and say that they are "toning up" (not trying to get big). In my opinion, i think that its a waste - well, its still exercise so its never a waste (better than couch surfing), but I honestly think that if they were going to do that type of a workout, they would be better of reaching their goals, doing some cardio, or tae-bo etc. By lowering your reps and increasing you weight a little, you are not going to turn into a man, don`t worry, and i think that you will have better results. It will bring your definition out more, plus make you stronger! The biggest thing is cardio!!!!! cardio!! cardio!!! Work out your heart!!! And diet! Take all the supplements you want, or stick your finger down your throught, but the fact of the matter is you have to burn calories! Try at least 3 30min sessions per week. Plus keep doing your warm up cardio before workouts!

If you want to see extreme results, try doing your 30 min cardio sessions 1st thing in the morning when you wake up before you eat, so you are not burning any food as fuel, it worked very well for me, but its tough!

Best of luck to you, and remember dedication, and hard work will take you where you want to go more than an eca stack will. It is merely a boost to help aid you, much like are AS are!

20 Mg's of ephedrine 3X a day, holy shit!! When I want to get a brutal workout I take 24 mgs, with 200 mg. of caffeine, and then WOW, watch out! At the dosage I take I still can not get to sleep until atleast 8 hours later. If you are going to take 20 mg. 3x a day you will never get to sleep, you might as well just do some coke. I would recommend you only take that dosage 1x per day, and only for a short amount of time.

I AGREE WITH YOU 100%... So many women think that they are going to "turn into a man w/ big muscles" lol just by taking anavar or whatever... Even on a cycle of deca that wouldnt happen. It takes years of hard training/dieting to even get that much muscular growth.

Right now I'm doing cardio twice per day, 30 minutes each time, 7 days per week while also lifting 5 of those days. Yeah, I'm in a contest prep but thats the only way to lose bodyfat. Get in the gym and get your shit done. Dont do these light/long crazy sets. Its a waste of time and most dont realize it. Yeah you're still stimulating your muscle but if you're going as far as taking any kind of AAS then you might as well use it as much as it can be used!! Get everything its worth out of it! :) Its a lot of money just to waste like that because you're not doing enough research.

Women for some reason think that they need to train different than how a man would. LOL, it cracks me up to see how they train. Everyone needs to train hard and until you're hurtin! :) Gotta feel a burn to get results!

If you want to see results, get in the gym, make arrangements to schedule more time and do it. For me its hard because I work the night shift... I have to train early in the morning w/ cardio and do my 2nd cardio at 11:30pm at night just so I can get it done because I dont have time. It sucks, but gotta do it! Buy a stationary bike for yourself at home for extra cardio. They're cheap, Sports Authority has great ones for like $200... Its worth it if you really dedicate yourself to seeing changes.

Terminator... If anything start at the 20mgs twice per day. The 3 doses yeah its hard to sleep but you'll see great results. The 20mgs once per day gives you just enough to do your workout then later on you're tired... Twice is minimum for fat burning.

When I say high reps I am speaking of 12-15 done very slowwwwwly in order to exhaust my muscles. I get so much more out of it doing it that way. For instance I do a hammer strength (each leg individually) leg extension with 25lbs. I do ten reps each leg seperate and finish with ten together for burn. Works great for definition. I take about 4 secs to lift and the about the same to lower. I find I can do less weight but still exhaust my muscles with this technique. I work out 4 days a week on average. I am thinking of bringing it up to 5. This week will be 5 days. I would love to do morning cardio but I have a 5 yr old so my mornings are spent taking care of her and rushing to get to work on time.. aaaaahhhh the life of a parent, huh?

Let me just say I HATE ECA!!!!!! ARGHHHHHHH Gave me a headache all day and then made me sick to my stomach. Couldn't even work out. Definately not for me!! yuck. yuck. yuck

Star from everything i've read inc slow reps-you're on the right track..if you can't do cardio eat fruit several times a day this will help lean you up.but don't cut out protein at your reg meals....good luck we're rootin for ya!!!!! RADAR
 
OOOOOh I love fruit. I eat it a couple times a day when I get hungry. Damn my ass (literally) hurt yesterday. I usually get to do cardio 4 or 5 times a week but not yesterday. Yesterday that crap made me ill and I didn't get to do any thing. :(

I've always heard that fructose stops fat burning dead in its tracks. Personally, as I'm still committed to shedding fat via eating isocaloric, I don't eat very much fruit.
 
A few things needed for clarification....
Fruit...what's the deal, I hear do eat it and don't eat it just as equally. I try to stay away from any sugars (incl natural) they set me off...
Weights, heavy vs light high reps....I think heavy, 10 down to 6 down to 4???

I agree with you a lot... I go up higher for reps but not as high as 12 or 15. Usually around 8-10 per set.

As for fruit... Dieting needs to be treated as a contest diet and you'd lose soo freakin fast. No fruits, milk, breads, or pastas. Cant have the extra carbs PLUS what you're already taking in, whether its natural or not, its still going to turn to fat if you're not burning it off.

which eca did ya use star?? maybe you should try an ephedra based alkaloid instead of plain ephidrine.Try biotest md6 or adipokinetix by syntrax. besides they both contain yohimbine. which is very good on the sex specific fat cells. also i recommend the topical yohimbine post on this board it is out of this world for fat burning info. later gt
