I agree with the others to some exent. Reps of 15 12 and 10 should be good, make sure that you are actually "working out" your muscles. Breaking them down so that they can be repaired! I see so many women in the gym, my girlfrined included, who do like 20 - 30 reps of certain exercises, and say that they are "toning up" (not trying to get big). In my opinion, i think that its a waste - well, its still exercise so its never a waste (better than couch surfing), but I honestly think that if they were going to do that type of a workout, they would be better of reaching their goals, doing some cardio, or tae-bo etc. By lowering your reps and increasing you weight a little, you are not going to turn into a man, don`t worry, and i think that you will have better results. It will bring your definition out more, plus make you stronger! The biggest thing is cardio!!!!! cardio!! cardio!!! Work out your heart!!! And diet! Take all the supplements you want, or stick your finger down your throught, but the fact of the matter is you have to burn calories! Try at least 3 30min sessions per week. Plus keep doing your warm up cardio before workouts!
If you want to see extreme results, try doing your 30 min cardio sessions 1st thing in the morning when you wake up before you eat, so you are not burning any food as fuel, it worked very well for me, but its tough!
