Gains stop?

Yo Bros,
Can gains stop if i have been on too long? i am curerently taking 400 mg deca and 500 mg test-e. Also take 15mg dbol a day. Ive been on for 2 1/2 months. I have gaines around 30 pounds or more. But, i dont see any gains in the past 2 to 3 weeks. My diet is the same as what it has originally been. Should i up the protein and carb intake since ive put on more weight? I say carbs, btw, because im bulking. Im just wonderin if i should not shoot again and start clomid therapy. Thanks for reading.

PS- I was chosen to test for Oxycalm, and let me tell you. After 4 days using it, you can totally notice a sence of calm. I would compair it to the feeling from taking dbol for the first time, no joke! FYI

ya, thats what i was thinking. Ive been hittin the same workout since i started the cycle. Im starting to read muscle and fitness and other mags to get some new ideas on training. Do you know of any good websites that show different workouts and how to do them? thanks alot

The sauce will lose it's effectiveness over a prolonged period. Otherwise we'd all look like Ronnie and Jay. I agree with Brandon, up your carb. Make sure you're training with enough intesity and (depending on how long you've been on) maybe take a break and hop back on in 8 weeks. This whole thing is about higher highs and higher lows. In other words, you bulk and hopefully get bigget than the last time you bulked. Then you cut and at the end of your cut you are bigger than the last time you cut. Bulk to 220 cut to 205 bulk to 225 and cut to 210 and so on.

Usually after about 6 weeks the gains stop for me no matter how much more I eat or how harder I train. Gear does not work that way. After a certain point when your on and your gains stops through the rest of your cycle the gear you continue to use just helps you to keep the gains you already made until you come off then you will loose some more then. If you could keep the gains going by eating more you would be big as hell or you would eventually start to fatten up.

Roger X hit the nail on the head....

If you aren't making progress, then you need MORE FOOD. People always think they are eating enough, or training properly. But half the time they aren't eating as much as they feel they are and their training is a mess.

Is your strength going up? If strength in the big lifts isn't going up (hey, those 2.5lbers and heavy collars count), or you aren't getting more reps, then you may need some rest.

Remember eat big, lift heavy and rest. If your strength isn't going up on deads, bench, squats, etc, and you are eating everything that's not nailed down, then you need to take a 'cruise'. Basically come off and regroup. Train to maintain what you gained until you've recovered.

15 pounds is a pretty good gain from a cycle. When people gain 30-40 lbs alot of it is water so when they get off they will loose alot of that thats why 15-20 pound gains is not bad at all being that is not to much water weight or fat. When I cycle and gain 20-25 lbs I may keep about 18 lbs out of that and just add more on the next cycle.

Diet is also very crucial.. If you started your cycle at 220lbs and after 10-12 weeks your up to 235lbs then you need to seriously increase your calories to keep on growing

I know that it is very important to cosume the proper amount of Calories at least 4000-5000 if you are a 200 pound person plus get the proper amount of proteins carbs fats and supplements, but after a certain point you can not stuff yourself with food any more. You start to get sick at the sight of chicken steak and other things. After a certain point your are not going to make any more gains whether you stuff in more food and train harder. We all react differently and for me after a certain amount of time my body says that is enough until I start my next cycle. I just do not see why every one thinks more foos is the key. the only thing I see more food doing is start to put fat on you.

It happens often, takes several weeks or months tough.
To restart gains youll need to:

A. Increase the dosage.
B. Increase calories.
C. Stop, make some pct and start again.

You are absolutely right after a certain point gains stop whether you eat more or train harder that is just how AAS work and after a certain point you have to increase dosages so you can get past your plateau.

The reason people post food is key, because it's true. Eat to grow, it's simple. Yeah, you will put on some fat, but if your goal is to be truly massive, to have abnormal amounts of muscle, then that is what it will take. It's eating plate after plate, even when you feel like throwing up, year after year, not taking x,y and z that makes one a massive bodybuilder.

This isn't the path for the guys looking for a little muscle. But those looking to get truly massive, that is the fastest way possible.

But in Cads case, a break is probably in order. I notice you've been blasting away for over two months. It's time for a break.

c3- thats the conclusion im comming to. Im going to take a small break and run my pct. i feel that is the best thing to do. In the end, i want to take up bb as a serious hobby, but this is my 1st cycle, so i need to give my body a break b4 taking a bigiger leap. thanks.

I agree. There is a point when all that food wont make you any more muscle. It will start to turn to fat. I would take a rest. I notice when I do this I might lose a little more than if I didnt rest but when I come back I gain a lot more.

Great idea brother. 2 1/2 months for a first cycle is long. Your body & mind need the break. I would even consider a few days off from the gym. All that blasting taxes the mind.

Great gains, 30lbs is AWESOME.

After a period of usage, your receptors will down regulate and the effectiveness of the gear you are using will decrease, unfortunately thats life! As a more advanced user, I usually have to up the dosages of the gear I am running around week 14 or 15. In your case, an increase in calories should bring the gains back. Always remember to increase your calories as the cycle progresses, because whilst on cycle, you are rapidly gaining muscle mass, so the amount of calories your body is burning at rest will increase quickly as well, so more and more calories are required to continually grow!

I'd say do not up your carbs. You better incease your calories, keeping the same proportion of carbs/protein/fat. Remember, you started the cycle with a diet that gave you 30 pounds of body mass. Now you're eating a diet for a dude+30 pounds; that means you need to adjust your diet now for a dude+30 pounds+something in order to keep gaining mass.

Food is very important when using aas but everybody has a genetic limit also to how much muscle they can put on when on gear no matter how much food you you consume. I have did it many of times ate to the point of getting sick of thinking about food and training my ass off and getting proper rest. At a certain point you are not going to be able to gain any more muscle. You can fatten your ass up after that point but who the hell wants to be blubbered up.

I'd try to switch the workups a little bit do something different every time you do a workout IE--One chest day use dumbelss next one use Bar etc....

Toss yourself a bone bro.....Have a cheat meal EVERY day.....I didn't start making gains until I threw in something extra each day of my bulk...be it a sub, or a couple of burgers, etc....you get the idea.
