Gains on Sust 250 + dbol

What kind of gains would one expect to see on 500mg of sustanon a week applied with 30mg of dbol for 8-10 weeks?

Just want some feedback, this will be my first time on sustanon.
My previous cycle consisten of deca 600mg a week with 30mg of dbol for 8 weeks, I was very please with the gains.

My stats are 210lb 6', 11% Bf.

oops, i guess i didnt specify it. that was the initial thought. once the sustanon kicks in, thats the only thing I will be doing or have, besides the hcg and nolvadex of course.

The prop in the Sust will kick-in week 1. The remaining around week 3. Great stuff!

No no.. ur all wrong.. He's 210lb 6', 11% Bf... and his EF handle starts with a k, and ends with a 7.

Thus he will put on 21.8 lbs on that cycle, according to my calculation.
