How much you gain depends on a lot of things. Are you bulking, cutting? Cycle History? If this is your first cycle, I would say you should be abke to put on anywhere between 15-20 pounds on cycle. Some will be water and fat, but a lot will be muscle mass. Make sure you have a solid PCT in place so you can keep those gains.

Also, do not be in such a hurry to jump back on cycle. You need to make sure you are fully recovered. Time on = Time off also includes PCT time. So you should have about 4-5 months off before you think about getting back on.

yes this is my first cycle.

i am bulking up, and i plan on following the pct that is above in the last comment box...

lots of people say alot of diffrent things, as its my 1st cycle all this info is good, i Appriciate the feedback.
 
There are a bunch of different views and opinions about everything. You have to find out what works for you.

So what if after 3 months, and you are not recovered all the way? Would not be smart to jump right back on. Everyone is different. The time on = time off is pretty standard advice. But everyone is different. You need to make sure you are 100% recovered before you go back on.
 
yh i understand that mate, i suppose my body will tell me when im ready.. Think your advice is good,
as i don't want any fat burners ect cause i am quite slim anyways, what would you suggest for a pct.. Would you suggest a diffrent pct for a skinny boxer on his first cycle

my mates at gym don't use any pct at all which is strange,
that's why i came here to get advice off people who know what they talking about ,

bro, i laid out the full cycle and pct for you already... pct is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR CYCLE... if you don't recover properly, you will not only not keep your gains, but you will cause yourself many problems, internal and external that could have long term issues... extensive pct's are a must...
 
No problem. Just make sure you keep reading and studying. The more you know and understand the better. Don't just run this stuff because this is what we are telling you. Look into things and understand why and how things work.
