hellllo everybody
i am on my first cycle of test, i am planning on doing 10 weeks on then 10 off.
1ml a week of 350 test.

what gains can i expect if my diet and trainning are on point which they are.

i was going to add another steroid in aswell on the next cycle, but the question is....

can i just use test alone on every cycle as others will be picked up on blood tests in my sport...

i am pretty new to this but i have a trainner and a coach for my sport and we want to pack on some lean cut muscle (not get hudge)

any info n input would be greatful,

Your question is kinda like asking someone how much their unicorn weighs. A 5'5" 150lb guy who has been lifting for years is likely going to gain a lot less that a 6'2" who is just starting out.

What exactly is your sport and how long have you been weight training?

10wk 350mg test cycle I think is a nice simple place to start. Id recommend you get a hold of some adex to control estrogen because 350gm a week will almost certainly raise E above desired lab range level.

Depending on your lifestyle and training you may find additional mass from AAS may be tough to keep. If you do a lot of running and cardio style work you need to make sure you keep your calories in line with newly attained mass and need to continue to use compound heavy lifts to stimulate the muscle or it will just fade away.

Also, any sport that tests for performance enhancing drugs will pick up on elevated test levels as well as other markers of exo test use.

i know its hard to say but really just didn't know if i would gain 20kg and lose half, but then on next cycle of just test, maybe not gain any if didn't add a AAS.
my plan was to do 10weeks test, then next cycle would be...

test E 300mg along side eqvibol 200mg

1ml every week of both

i do alot of cardio and find weight gainning hard in my sport, but i really do need to pack on abit of lean cut muscle..

then a mate said drop the eqvibol and just do test cycles, as its a horse steroid and he heard bad things about it :/
 
Very unlikely you'll gain anywhere near 20kg. Assuming your not an advanced lifter and this is your first cycle, maybe a good 8-12 keepable pounds. EQ is a decent AAS but a little slow to kick in and not really known for big gains, but quality gains. Some report enhanced endurance when using it.

Keep in mind if your sport is cardio intensive you may find that while on AAS your endurance is going to take a big hit. With that in mind keeping things simple and sticking with slightly lower doses like you plan is probably the way to go.

If your sport is a priority then taking things slow and simple is the way to go. You start getting too fancy it can drastically affect your sport training and you wont have any idea what the cause is if on too many things.

if your test is 350mg/ml you may want to consider doing 1/2 cc 2x a week. instead of 1cc 1x a week.

I dont think I would go that low. At that point you are in the realm of Test replacement therapy doses. And while you will surely have test levels at high end of lab range at least, your going to shut down natural production.

So if you are going to suppress natural production you should at least make it worthwhile. I think your 350mg wk is a good starting spot.
 
I agree with the recommendation given. That would be a great first cycle.

What do you have lined up for PCT? That's the most important part.

I would recommend

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Formastanozol
Test stack or phytoserms (check my Sig for info and discounts)
