I've always been very thin. I'm 5'6" and about 100lbs. Surprisingly, this may be the smalles I've been and I had a baby 7 months ago. For the past few weeks I go to the gym on a daily basis just to tone and some days just to have time to myself.
Now I'm interested in gaining some weight. I'd like to fill out a little, if possible. Mostly just my legs.
I'm clueless to these things! Any suggestions?
