Sometimes when you cycle and you're losing fat you look like you're getting smaller overall but your LBM is increasing. This is kind of unusual with sust because it usually makes you look fuller from the water retention. If you feel your strength going up then you're fine.

actually, it does sound like you've caught the dreaded "shrink". have you been visiting any public bath houses lately or used a public restroom without a toilet seat cover? i feel for you man, the "shrink" virus(A.K.A staphashrinkalous pathogenea) can be awful. there is no known cure. good luck.
