Aussie Juga naught: I am 6'2" and about 275-280 in that pic. I had been sick (cough, cold, fever) for about 2 weeks and didn't have a lot to eat...so that is why I am a little smaller. I need to be in slightly better cardio shape anyway...

beastboy: Haven't had it checked in years...but could always use a little more bodyfat for my strength. I feel stronger when I am a little fatter. It is just hard to get into better cardio shape and put on fat. I can lose weight very quickly if I am not careful...

benchmonster: Thanks. I know that I am not ripped...but being able to see a slight outline of my abs is more than enough for me. I too have those nice little bruises from shoulder to shoulder. I have a permanent callus in the center of my upper back where the bar rests

Deciever: Yeah...around 280 or so. Who knows really, and it really doesn't matter as long as I am improving at my events.
Actually, when I was leaving Chattanooga this past week, there were two old ladies stuck in the road. Their car had died and they were about to panic. I hoped out along with another guy who had pulled over...and he had already started to push them over into the grass (out of the road) and couldn't do it. I hoped out and helped and it was no problem for the two of us. I got back into my truck (seeing the ladies get into their wheel chairs) and thought...it is good to be a strongman
