so the other night i was running to my car to avoid getting too wet, and in my haste i completely missed seeing a chain which was strung across the road. i hit it about waste high at a good speed and it flipped me completely over. i couldnt get my hands out in time and smashed my head on the pavement. i got up, covered in blood, and realized i had really fucked myself up. Multiple stitches and a fractured vertebrae in my neck later, i am bed ridden for the next 2 weeks, in a whole lot of pain, and i wont be able to train for at least a month.

sometimes i have the worst luck.

i dont think i will need surgery, though they cant tell yet. depends on how much soft tissue damage was done.
