Mornin' all;
I hate doing front raises, hurt my shoulders when going heavy; and also am averse to anything behind the neck. This being said what other options are there for hitting my front delts hard?? I have been doing cable side raises as they tensed side and front delts. Just wondering how you guys and gals hit your delts. I do military's and rear raises for back, dbell raises for sides and was doing cables for fronts/sides and my fronts are getting left behind. I do weighted dips on this day also.
What do ya'll think??
