so today I'm at a family.. eh well family of my X that I am very close to and she had to see all ya know. So I was flexing my abs and shes like.. what is that.. seems my very top two are in now too! Those wern't in two days ago.

Also the stubborn area that i seem to hold water and fat around my belly button is starting to disappear!

I'm pretty damn siked!
