Friends with Benefits (FWB)

Anyone ever have one? How does it start? Whats the secret to getting one?

Obvious I am looking for one, but am trying to decide on how to go about it. Do I find someone who is interested in being friends first then maybe after some time put us in a situation to go further.

Is it easier to go for the benefits part first. Maybe after that friendship is like a given.

Not trying to hit any swingers clubs or get 1 night stands. I want a steady thing. Theres more to the story thats not relevant at this point, but thats what I'm looking for, but like I said am confused on the best course of action.

most of the time, it just happens. usually fresh divorcees are in that "market"...this situation does not remain constant however...the majority of women who get into this want more down the road, or- they just split. it can be accomplished in the short -term, but the male/female primordial instincts take over at some point in time...

I dont think there is a secret to getting one, but PBR is right - usually divorcees.
I have had the same fbuddy/fwb for the past 4 months that is a divorcee, although she's been divorced for 2yrs.. I've told her that we would never be boyfriend/girlfriend when we first went out and was just looking to hang out/etc.
I still bring up the point that we are just "friends" when she asks to do stuff that boyfriend/girlfriend would do and she's cool with it !!!

let me tell you... there nothin but a headache. My FWB wanted it to more than that after a while and it got all crazy. Just make sure your honest up front when you do crap like that. I myself think those will never work.
