Over the next two days, we are migrating your Stealth Messaging email accounts to our new more powerful version 2.1 -- with more features, a better interface, and support for communication securely with users of PGP, GnuPG, and other products supporting the OpenPGP standard. If you like the existing system, we guarantee you will love the new one. We appreciate the Platinum Members who helped us test the new system.
Once all of your accounts are copied, we can begin to copy the mail and addressbooks. We believe this process will take 24 to 48 hours. During this time, you will be able to login but your mail and addressbook may not be there yet. When logging in, anyone who has not had his/her secure keys upgraded to OpenPGP will be automatically transferred to a page that will do that, and then transferred back to the login page. Upon the second login, you will be able to access your account, but your mail and addressbook may not be copied at this point. You will be able to access your new mail as it arrives -- and your address book will be restored a few hours later.
We will be watching support in real-time during this process in order to make this as smooth a transition as possible. Please email [email protected] if you have problems. We've got a pretty sophistication ticketing and request tracking system running, and will be able to provide very good response time.
Please note that Elite Fitness Stealth Messaging is only compatible with Netscape 4.x and with Internet Explorer -- it is optimized for Internet Explorer 6.0. Additionally, Elite Fitness Stealth Messaging will not work with Internet Explorer if you have the Java Plug-in from Sun installed and activated. If you do, you can deactivate it specifically for Internet Explorer, by clicking on the icon in your Control Panel.
The most important troubleshooting solution will be setting Internet Explorer security settings to "Medium". If the security settings are set too high, a variety of bewildering errors can result.
