I would use it alot more than once before November. Wear the canvas with the straps down on your DE day throughout your squatting, like we saw the westside guys do.
Then i would take several weights in it between now and November. I'd take at least one ME day in it, and go up in weight substancially at least once or twice in it after DE day.
Maybe we can plan a day to meet in Tulsa or somewhere with a monolift bewteen now and then. (I wish SPatts had one for Oct 4, when we come down.)
Let's figure out somewhere we can go where we don't have to walk the weight out.
