Thank you Well - I'm back in Japan now (actually just got in a few hours ago, sitting at the airport waiting for my sister to fly in) so I can post pics sometime, but I dunno ... I mean - I looked pretty fine for a figure competitor (depending on the org) but I obviously still haven't figured out the timing very well - I need more practice at getting much leaner. I doubt I was below 12%. I'll look over the pics and think about it. I know there are women here who probably wouldn't have stepped on stage in the condition I was in - it wasn't terrible, but wasn't perfect. But then, I guess I'm not at their level of competing, either ...

I'm very happy to be bulking now, though, he he.
