Form Check: Squat

One good thing i see right off the bat is a pretty good neutral back through the whole movement. No but tuck. You were looking down a few times which is a nono. Look straight or a little up, pick a spot to stare at and don't let your eyes leave that spot. Your knees shoot forward a bit but it's not terrible. Try and play with a little wider stance, torque those knees outward and split the earth. Also a box will really help with keeping the knees back and engaging that ass and those hammy's out of the bottom.

Will take it into account thanks.

Keep your head up and don't look for the bottom on your harder reps. The rule is to keep your head neutral but it's REAL easy to look up. Only problem is sometimes people over do it and sprain their necks! Crazy but it happens! Also, stop dancing under the bar... :-)
