i has this problem too. i thought i was stretching properly, but i wasn’t. do a google search on wrist mobility stretches.
are u getting spasms or like shocks?
get on the ground like a dog and reverse your palms where the fingers point towards your body both with palms down and back of the hand.. that will stretch the forearms
tight forearms are NOT a good thing and will lead to wrist and elbow problems over time.. they can also cause nerve issues going to the hands.
