forearm bulk?

Hey guys, my forearms are skinny compared to the rest of my body..... I really wanna bulk them up.

I am training three times a week at the moment, how many times should i slam foreamrs and with what exercises?
Monstar, i read your thread but dont fancy those 1 arm hang things...i am too heavy for those things!


Anyone, can you offer some advice.
 
i do reverse curls and pvc roll ups,that's it..i hve thickened up my forearms from those alone.i would treat it as ant other muscle and hit it no more than twice a week,since forearms are involved in almost everything you do.......just my .02......
