no marks bro even with a 23. Go for it!
I wear sleevless t-shirts all the time no visible marks at all

I use 23g 1" for my delts. The first delt inject I had ever done turned pink and actually had tendrils for about 8-9 days before the coloring and marks completely subsided; no infection, I simply put a lot of product into my delt...especially for a first shot. The second delt inject had no marking whatsoever. The only thing you can notice is a tiny spot where you insert the needle for a few hours, for me at least...I'd say go for it and see how you react. I'm assuming you never poked your delt before.

It depends on your hand too. If you're a bad shooter you'll leave marks; if you pass through a vein, you'll get a little bruise, etc.

Well, you also need to have decent delts to shoot into. If they are small stick with quads and glute or use the smallest needle you can pin

Yeah, I've been hitting delts for a week now. Hit both of them. Really easy. I think I like it better than glutes because at least I can see the f-ing needle while I'm aspirating and shooting. My ass STILL hurts from a 3cc shot last Sunday. JESUS. I'll never shoot that much at one time again. No need.
