For those in Keto

I do upper body Monday and Thursday, 5 sets per body part with an extra 5 sets on an alternating body part ending with 12 mins cardio. Lower body Tuesday and Friday same as upper with the set count ending with 12 mins cardio. Wednesday and Saturday I do 25 mins cardio and abs.

I do one body part per day:
M-back
T-chest
W-Shoulders
R-Arms
F-Traps

I do light cardio after my weights but I primarily am a runner so I do that at night :)

What does your workouts looks like? and what frequency do you do them?

Thanks

Currently in Keto using Duchaine's BodyOpus:

Day 1-Carb schedule, no training
Day 2-Carb schedule, no training
Day 3-Fat/Protein, Legs-Delts-Abs Heavy and hard
Day 4-Fat/Protein, Chest-Back-Guns Heavy and hard
Day 5-Fat/Protein
Day 6-Fat/Protein
Day 7-Fat/Protein Evening before carb days is a whole body workout, light weights/high reps. This isn't to build, it's to deplete glycogen from your muscles (it kicks your ass) before your carbs days.
On the morning of Day 3, you wake up with a killer pump!!!!

I have been training low volume/high intensity training for a while now, and have grown to love it. I started CKD last week and was wondering how and if I could still train this way. Thats the closest thing to it I have seen yet. I think I may start that this week.

I am also on cycle though(tren, prop, and winny).

CKD:

-Sun carb up, then:
-Mon: 5x5 for Squats, Bench, BO Rows, Curs, then 2x10 for leg ext, machine flyes, lat pulls, machine curls.
-Tue: 5x5 for Deads, Military Press, SLDeads, Tri Ext, then 2x10 for shrugs, lateral raises, leg curls, single arm press-downs.
-Wed: 30 min Intervals on an elliptic, then abs
-Thur: Planned to do another 30 min session, but played basketball for an hour instead.
-Fri: Power cleans, hang cleans, push press and deep squats with some oblique and serratus work, then like 20 min basketball.
-Sat: I might do a 30min interval session or just sit on my ass.

Slimm,
how is the "big beyond belief" going? I just got the book and
start on monday. Its very interesting and sounds like it
should work. I'm a little worried about the low carb high fat
diet though.

Let me know,
Bruno

You might want to change your split up. If you do your chest on Tuesday and your Shoulders on Wednesday, you are working out your shoulders on back to back days, as chest is involved heavily with Bench, Incline Bench, etc.

Bruno, low carb & high fat can work very very well for fat loss if the protein levels are adequate. That is basically what all ketogenic diets follow.
