First, what are you trying to maintain? That makes a little difference. I agree with everyone though that "fat-free" and "sugar-free" foods are misleading. I prefer to stick with low-fat as they tend to have less fat and less sugar. Just read the labels carefully on things that you buy, and remember that it's listed by servings. Those servings can sometimes be very small. A 1/2 cup of ice cream isn't much at all. So, just watch out.
