Football Fans: What type of offense wins the most Championships?

Anyone have any stats on this for college football and the NFL?
Is the the Proset, Spread Offense, Shotgun, Veer, I-Formation, Wishbone?

it's hard to say what particular formation is the best, but first you have to establish a running game then that sets up a nice passing game.
