doctors, diet gurus and the bro science have told people that eating low fat diets, avoiding 'cholesterol' (whatever the hell that means), and eating cereal (yea cheerios supposedly lowers it according to commercials and people believe that shit).
we've followed this buffoonery for the past 30 years in the USA and cholesterol levels have done nothing but spike up more!
the true way to lower cholesterol is eating MORE GOOD FATS, eating less often, fasting, reducing stress and exercising 1 hour a day especially if you have a desk job.. if you have a gut you will likely have high cholesterol. so get leaner
