what are some healthy foods for a cutting cycle. My goal is to burn some fat off me. I was wondering what are some foods high in calories but low in fat and carbs.

Are peaches good for you i see they are low in everything. My intake today was
1000 calories
Protein = 39
Carbs = 45
Fat= 33.5

Mate for a cutting up you want a high protein, low carbs and a moderate intake of good fats. 1000 calories is no where near enough. Depending on your lifestyle you probably want up too 3000 cal a day to cut. Use this calculator here BMR Calculator and then go here Harris Benedict Equation and read the table provided and multiply the number you got by which description fits you best. That will give you roughly the amount of calories required to MAINTAIN your body weight. Eat 500 calories less a day with a high protein intake and start from there. Use FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to calculate calories (its free just need to sign up). Starving yourself will result in a slow metabolism and muscle loss.

When you have worked out your diet around the figues you got from that website and fitday.com post it up here including the Cals/protein/carbs/fats

Bro quit the gear....... need to do some research. Gear is a waste of money and not to mention a health risk that is not worth taking without a good solid diet. Read the forums which you need to do or you wouldn't be posting diets like above, learn some, come up with a diet and ask questions about what you have learned. Second to that hire a body building nutritionist. Not trying to be a thorn in your side but the sooner you do the above the better it will be for you.
