lets say you eat every two hours, i know it only makes about a 20 -30 minute difference or so, but do you count your next meal from the time you finish or the time you start.
you see the thing is i have class right when i should have my meal. i know for a fact 1 class wont let me bust out a meal, but do you think if i had 2 tri-o-plex bars it would be good.(60g pro,90g carb, 24g fat, 850 cal) it would be for 1 meal a day. i can manage the other 5.
