what do you do when its time to eat and you got work/school? normally ill take a protein shake/ bar, but now that ill be "on" i need those extra calories. im looking for about 800 calories each meal. what do i do.
 
eat when your not at work or school.

take some shit for the car ride. i don't know your scedule but my school gives us breaks I have a 4 hour class and in those breaks I run to my car and eat my ass off.

Bust out a bowl of rise and chicken right in the middle of the classroom.
 
Hey bro, you have to be a little assertive and eat when you can. this may mean eating during class, or in the car, or when walking, etc. Get beagels / cream cheese, peanut butter, whatever. good high calories intake from them. A shake can be a good addition with it!!! :coffee:
 
lets say you eat every two hours, i know it only makes about a 20 -30 minute difference or so, but do you count your next meal from the time you finish or the time you start.

you see the thing is i have class right when i should have my meal. i know for a fact 1 class wont let me bust out a meal, but do you think if i had 2 tri-o-plex bars it would be good.(60g pro,90g carb, 24g fat, 850 cal) it would be for 1 meal a day. i can manage the other 5.
