the most important thing is to eat many different types of food regularly,long acting carbs ,no fast food,i eat almost everything that i can find,vegetables are important whith meat.

mainly I'm try to put on lean muscle, I'm in the 6th week of sust only cycle and am sick of eating the same stuff-I know this post sucks in retrospect-I guess I could have gone to a "cooking" site for suggestions instead
