I seen a bunch of ladies flying in the air in some silk calling it yoga? Anyone done this yet? Looked fun but whats it for really?

Yoga is all about stretching and balance. I don't see how you could do that while flying?

Sounds like some new exercise gimmick trying to steal the yoga name to give it creditability

Aeirel yoga uses silk to make certain positions upside while using gravity to open up tighter areas. Tried it once was the best hip opener I ever experienced.
