4th 430 - just screwing around. Stalled it three times.

A lot of the elite crowd came out for this. Genarr, Revex, and Lord Suston competed, Wizkid, SK and a few others (don't know their handles) were motivating the lifters. Fantastic people. I'm looking forward to training with everyone sometime soon.

It was sick. Some guy snorted ripped fuel!!! Damn, he killed shit though.

parabellum how much do you weight: my results from the 21st, local bench comp RAW:

first attempt : 350
second attempt : 365
third 380 (failed once)
final 385, couldnt get 390
