Flexibilty issue

Hi, I'm not as flexible as I used to be as a result of th eincreased weight and other factors.
I was wondering what would be the best way to improve my flexibilty etc?
 
I feel for ya-- my new PT is forcing me to stretch bet sets & I really HATE it...LOL!

try that or take a yoga/ pilates mat class...I thnk some peeps are just naturally flexible & the rest of us just have to work on it alot.
 
I stretch VERY lightly before lifting and again when I am done. The jumpstretch bands really help with stretching too...

Stretching is something that you can't stop and then pick right back up again. When you are growing you have to keep stretching or you will lose flexibility. I have always done a lot of stretching post workout and as a result am extremely flexible for my size. You just have to keep at it and work hard at doing it.
