Hi, I'm not as flexible as I used to be as a result of th eincreased weight and other factors.
I was wondering what would be the best way to improve my flexibilty etc?
Stretching is something that you can't stop and then pick right back up again. When you are growing you have to keep stretching or you will lose flexibility. I have always done a lot of stretching post workout and as a result am extremely flexible for my size. You just have to keep at it and work hard at doing it.
