Flaxseeds?

I usually use the ground Flax meal & add 1 tblsp to what I'm eating -- oatmeal, "pancakes", etc....

Find out how much fat there is in 125gr... try and keep fat equivalency to that of 1 tbsp (max 2tbps) of flax oil...

you don't want to load up on fat (even the nice one) if you are having, for examples,. simple carbs in that same meal...

Jen, do you grind them all the time fresh, or you buy the ground ones? I read somewhere something about oxidation of ground seeds or some stuff...

I thought he said he wants to eat 125grams as a serving & I don't know what that equates to in tablespoons....

I use the Ground Flax Meal -- just easier, & keep it in the fridge....
