Fix My Diet!

Most of you know I'm more so a Tech guy, so I can always use some advice.

Basically here is what I'm eating lately.

Meal 1:
Grilled Chicken (0 Carbs 1g Fat 21g protein)
Broccoli
Brown Rice
Teryaki Sauce

Water

Meal 2:
Tilapia
Lemon Pepper Seasoning or Garlic Herb Seasoning

Water

Meal 3:
Nothing. No idea what else to eat that would be easy to make yet healthy.
Sometimes I eat broccoli cheese soup here.


My cooking skills are horrible. I do not have a grill! I make everything in my oven.

I know broccoli cheese soup isn't good to be eating. Could someone suggest me a decent meal plan that wouldn't be hard to follow? Just a few other meals I should make to change things up would be great.

Working in the tech industry, I have long days on the computer, so it's hard not to be tempted. I wake up really late, around 11 AM to 12 PM or so. Usually up until 2 - 4 AM at least.

How long should I wait in between my meals? I have troubles resisting to eat between these meals, need a snack or something that's healthy.
 
Most of you know I'm more so a Tech guy, so I can always use some advice. yes and this is a major problem bro.. cause like me you sit on your butt most of the day staring at a computer.. if we dug ditches or laid pipes all day then it wouldn't be a problem, but for us it is.. i recommend a minimum of 1 hour of exercise a day

Teryaki Sauce love this meal but dump the sauce, it probably has soy and oils you don't want.

Lemon Pepper Seasoning or Garlic Herb Seasoning check that the seasoning doesn't have HFCS, you will be surprised.. they usually do!

Nothing. No idea what else to eat that would be easy to make yet healthy.
Sometimes I eat broccoli cheese soup here. yikes, forget the soup bro!! full of salt, dairy, and crap you don't need. it will bloat you up bigtime!

snack on almonds (salt free), fruit..

there are several good meals for you.

scrambled eggs in olive oil
spinach, brown rice, chicken
fruit cups
sweet potato
veggies!! and more veggies!! these are your friends.
learn to make salads and use lemon as your dressing and throw in some chicken in there.. chicken salads are excellent.
remember to drink atleast a gallon of aqua a day for your size

there are supermarkets like whole foods that sell cooked chicken where you just would have to re-heat it, it costs a tad more but its worth it

I will be putting together a catabolic diet in the next few weeks for you guys struggling with your weight.
