does anyone know if there is any special agency where the bodybuilder/fitness girl go to be recruted to make the covers of mag like musclemag/ironmag...

I don't know of an agency, but one approach is to just try to get a photo session with one of those mags primary photographers. It's hard to get a cover if you're an unknown, though.

sure, having a cover when we are unknow, but maybe being in touch with one of their photograp should help to make any pics for mags..but I think covers are mor e for the mike o'hearn,...

They will usually take known people or "rising stars". Don't look after this, just wait. One day it might be your turn.

maybe...who knows...does anybody know how much a basic fitness model earn per pics ??

If you're just starting, you usually do "time for prints" sessions. In other words, the session is free, you get prints of the pictures, but the photographer still owns the pictures and will be the person getting paid if the pics are sold. Of course, I've also heard of photographers charging for the session, so depends on the photographer. You also usually have the option to purchase your pictures, which gives you the right to submit them to mags for payment. However, I think the mags really only take pictures submitted from photographers seriously, unless you're a known model.
