I'm really starting to understand my body as far as how much to workout now and what and when to train. Also my diet was slightly off. I was consuming too much sodium at one point. But things are now falling into place. I just wish I could get my calves bigger!
 
talking about making things bigger, a couple of those pics just gave me an erection. Thanks a lot. Now I can't get up from desk until things subside.

Yeah it amazing how much there is to learn. And you never seem to learn enough, thats my experience anyway.

awww thanks guys! I appreciate all your compliments. I really try to train hard when I'm at the gym, so any motivation helps!
 
Very nice Sarah Jane. It looks to me like oyu have more than enough motivation, your body is way above the average woman. I'm sure you work very hard to achieve that level. Congrats and good luck on future imporvements.
 
Another question I have.....actually. What do you guys think of my new website design? I just re-vamped my whole site. I do all the website stuff on my own. Just wondering what you think of the layout and graphics.
 
oh and i'm no website expert or nuthin but looks good to me. what with pics of you on it and all

Well let's see....

I have a full-time graphic design position M-F 8:30-5pm
Go to the gym 6pm - 7:30pm (3-4 nights per week)
Update my site if I have to, write in my diary, add new pictures)
Weekends: sometimes I have photo shoots w/photographers
Most of the time I try to do errands and relax.

My workouts go something like this:
Mon: biceps and abs
Tues: legs
Wed: shoulders and calves
Friday: back and tris

I don't say that I diet. I just eat healthy foods. I don't count calories and all that. In fact I try to eat as many carbs as I can because my body seems to LOVE them! i would say I consume about 2000-2500 calories a day though.

From the post of your most recent photo shoot, your calves look just fine to me, in fact I'd say they look great.
 
awww...thanks. I'm not saying I want them to be enormous....just a little more muscular. A little more bulk to them...I have such long arms and legs, so my muscles are long.
 
No I stopped doing chest a year ago because I have small boobs and they seems to shrink even more from doing chest so why bother?

I'm curious as to what it took for you to get a full time graphics job.I'm in school fo it now,and any info would be appreciated.Site looks great by the way,as do you.
 
Well you have to get in contact with a million agencies and reps, but also look online under the job search engines and just go nuts sending your resume out. Keep calling the reps and bug the hell out of them, even if you have to call them daily!

I guess you could say that yes, this is my dream. It only started a couple years ago that I really started getting into it. I have enormous motivation to model and workout. It is just so much fun meeting other models and getting to know so many people.
I have learned a lot, experienced some and hope to continue to grow in this industry..
 
By the sound of your voice in your posts, sounds like you are quite determined and with that attitude....nothing can stop you ;)

It doesn't really mean anything, it was just the first word that came to mind at the time. I thought that you were just here to advertise and then never post again so I figured you would never read it. That was a pretty boring explination.
 
Thanks guys....well I enjoy this site so I hope to help others as well as learn from you guys, I get plenty of hits at my site a day, so I'm not here to promote or advertise. I have just as much right to be here as everyone else. I hope to make some friends here just like you! So on that note, thanks for all your wonderful compliments. If anyone has questions about fitness modeling, feel free to ask. :)
