First time with Anavar

Hey all, I've been around the forum for awhile, and finally decided to post. Ive been working out for about 3 years and I finally decided to get serious with the weights. After a great deal of analizing I am going to try some Anavar. (I think im going with Bratis 10 mg) I had planned to start with 2.5mg twice a day (every 8 hours) for the first week. The problem is i'm not sure if I can (1) split the pills to 2.5mg, (2) or if it's better to just take 5mg in the morning and just bump the dose after a week? Also, is it ok to take an eca stack while on anavar?
My diet is very clean, all real foods (4-5 meals a day).
An hour of low intensity cardio on an empty stomach, weights at around 4pm, and sprints at night.
Any suggestions? Thx!

ok first of all i know uve decided to do ox but i just wanna say....u have only STARTED to get serious with the weights? if this is the case....stick with the weights for a while without any AS and see what results u get....im sure alot of ladies will echo that sentiment...

however, if u are going to do it....i dont have experience with bratis, but i have divided winny tabs in 4 when i started off at 2.5 mg ed, shouldnt be a problem, start low anyways....

also u can do eca with anavar...but if uve never done eca, start low also, people have varying tolerances for that stuff and u could run into some probs....

caution and knowledge...

Thx for the great info.

Sorry about being vague. I actually have experimented with ECA much more than I would have hoped to for 2 years now, and I have hit the weights hard for about a year. The problem was about a year ago I saddly fell into the eating disorder world and now, although I eat very healthy, i am stuck with the damage caused to my body. I got down to about 105 at 5'6 when modern medicine put me on birth control and I shot up to about 145 in 4 months. I've been eating great for a year and training hard, however ive had trouble putting on muscle and loosing fat. After a year I have only been able to get down to 135. Im hoping anavar might help put some muscle on (which leads to fat loss). By hitting the weights hard I mean I leave the gym feeling like i died. Before I basically lifted for about 30 min and then cardio for 45 min. Ive decided to train with my boyfriend now which means and hour + just lifting.
Thx again! :D

Thanks TripleV!

SAMPLE DAY

My day begins with low intensity cardio for an hour (walking at about 4)
Meal 1: 1/3 cup outmeal made with water and one splenda and a scoop of protien powder
Meal 2: Tuna or chicken salad (made with mustard and lowfat canola oil mayo) with spinach or cole or salad (maybe a piece of my boyfriends bread =( ), and soybeans
WEIGHTS (an hour)
Mon: Chest
Tues: Legs
Wed: Shoulders
Thurs: Bis and Tri's
Friday: Back
Sat: Light legs
Meal 4: Friut with half of a protien bar, couple egg whites
Meal 5: chicken or shrimp with vegies (low carb vegies)
Sprints before bed between 4 and 7 for 30-45 min (i just listen to my body)
I am estimating a typical day puts me at about 95 carbs, 25g fat, and about 110g protien= about 1300
ACK!
Because I am technically in "recovery" I am advised to not count cals and carbs... I am very amazed at how low those seem. WOW!
Im gonna try and add more food and another meal!

Cardio every day except for Sun, and only once Sat. I try and cut the carbs these days. I recently bumped up the carbs because I used to keep them around 40 and found that I work much better (all around) MUCH higher, plus I am very active. Fat and cals were higher which is prob why they are so low now!

Supplements:
ALA with carb meals, Vit C, Vit E, fiber supp, ECA (at the moment), calcium, mag, B combo, zinc, selenium, flax oil (pills until I run out and get the actual oil) and valerian root at nights

I don't eat much (and ive really worked on this, as in more meals) but it is very difficult for me to maintain any weight now. I must admit that a year ago when I finaly decided to start eating and get healthy (and started the birth control), I really didnt pay much attn to diet for a month and after that it was down hill. (gained 40 pounds of fat) No matter what I did I kept gaining weight (FAT). I am off the bc's now, however, with all this work I cant move down from 135, which is not muscle. It is basically starting from the begining with no help. (which I know i my fault) I am really giving it my all to get better now. This is why I know I need more muscle. Any advice? I am willing to try anything. Thanks again!

Thanks so much for the advice, and trust me I dont understand how I ended up not eating. (I just think it was so incredibly stupid) I am for sure going to start eating much more. Starting with the oatmeal right now:) .
Im not sure if you were asking what spenda was? it is a sugar sub made from sugar.
As for the carbs I went so low for so long that I think my body is adjusting still, thats prob why I added so much cardio. Honestly I really try to ust get my high carbs post workout. Recently, I have noticed that I am so much stronger latly since I have been stealing some of my boyfriends bread pre-workout. Should I stay with low GI carbs before a workout or high? Post workout I just read that starchy carbs were better and to drop friut? Im gonna drop the sprints. Thanks again. :D

hehe...

ok well youll be happy to hear I calculated calories at about 2000 yesterday and I did bump the oatmeal by alot which really left me feeling balanced (i guess would be the word) before my workout. My boyfriend was actually impressed that I ate a turkey sandwich with everyone. That was nice.

I also cut out the cardio at night, which I couldnt have done if I wanted to because I am so sore from hitting the weighs so hard. (Im not sure where the extra energy came from, but this week has been great for strength.) I need the rest this weekend!

For the record I really had been eating many more calories before but only with 2-3 meals a day. When I split into 5 meals I figured the calories would just add up.. was I wrong. I have worked on this. Ill keep you updated. Thanks again.
