First time using Anavar

I'm a 32, 180lbs, 6' male. I recently served 3 years in prison with no access to any type of weights. I went in 225lbs with just protein and creatine. I just started back on weights and to be honest feeling very impatient to get back to where I was..I was handed a bottle of T-rex Labs anavar..enough to go slow, about 40 mg a day for just a 4 week cycle..enough to test the waters and see if I'd like to go further..I am absolutely new to using any type of steroid and would like to know the best time to use it, I work out at 5am, and what type of cleansers to use with it, and after..any info would help, thank you.
 
Before you just start taking the var read up on it .. Read up on ur body and hormones 40 mg with nothing else might give u a bit of muscle and some pumps but it's just gonna upset ya..


If u don't have the patients to get to ur goal then will u have the patients to keep a strict diet ? AAS aid I a already spot on regimen and clean diet .. Normal first cycle is test to assure that ur body is able to handle a hormone that u already produce in a higher amount .. U have to think when u supplement with anabolics ur body's other hormones stArt to flux


Think of it like this ..
Ur body's hormones are like a fine Orchestra.. When u start to play with one hormone ( test levels) other ones start to "play" at different tempos .. If u don't educate urself u can have some sides that suck ass and for some take months to get back to where they were before starting .... Some bounce right back

For me when I started and was not educated I felt like shit 100% of the time

Depression
Mood swings
No sex drive

It sucked man ..

What I would do if I were you is this ..


Hold of on the var ... Read up on steroids for the next year or so and learn about the endocrine system and how ur test works in ur body and how all ur hormones work when using anabolics...


Then I would look up carb cycling
And good meal plans maybe focus on different diet options

And also different training methods


Drop sets
Super sets
Compound sets
Pyramid sets


If u just got out of prison ur body is gonna be ready to bounce back to where it was naturally and u will see if U dedicate urself 100% u will get good results !!!
 
Also if ur 180 im sure you lost muscle and fat so if u eat good clean foods and lots of them wile carb cycling u will gain muscle without fat especially cuz of ur muscle memory ....

Eat lots of clean food lift big get back to 225!!!!!!



Get ur work in boss!!!!!
 
I agree with drop and super sets and have used them a lot in the past. Any places you recomend with detailed info on carb cylcling and test cycling? You're right, I do need to be patient, sounds crazy but with just eating more meals and regular suppliments I gained 8 lbs in the first week, so the muscle memory is there for sure..just one of those things, dropping 50lbs unintentionally was a shock and not comfortable or happy with it. I will definitely wait on the var..but I will admit i am not at all familiar with carb cycles.

Get back in the gym and get 3-4 months of solid training and diet under your
belt then see where your at.
