Training Note:
Unfortunately I wasn't able to push as hard in the gym today as I felt that I could've. Been doing some pretty strenuous digging at work and I seem to be suffering from a pinched nerve in my wrist.. middle fingers and thumb go numb pretty quick and hand wrist hurt. Seemed to subside a bit after my first set but it definitely affected my workout. Ok, whining over.. my strength did seem to increase from last week though which was a plus.
Today is the last day of the triple stack..PCT begins tomorrow. I will keep my log updated as I have so far, all the way through through PCT. Will have to say that the triple stack is AWESOME. Body fat is down by at least 1.5%. Body weight is at 205, which is where it started. Strength is up, vascularity has increased, and muscles are larger.. it definitely lives up to its rep.
Also, after my PCT keep and eye out for my next log! It will really be the ultimate recomp stack. Featuring GK Labs PRIMOBOL DEX, Letrozone, and Oxandrovar. These will be stacked with Sarms1 brand LGD 4033, GW 501516, and S4. It will be a helluva ride with pics included.
