Im gonna start it up right after this triple stack and mini pct.. cant come fast enough. cant believe I'm actually excited for the triple to end haha.

Training note: I had to cut my workout a bit short today because I was pressed for time.. upped the intensity a bit by making sure I took no rest between sets. Kept them paired as usual. was jumping from station to station like a mad man lol. Endurance felt good and strength continues to increase.. I was impressed especially with no rest between sets.

Today's workout:
35 to 40 mins of some circuit style training. Heavy bag, abs (planks, crunches, leg lifts, etc), push ups, and pull ups. minimal to no rest in between and all til failure. Then jumped on the elliptical for 30 mins for a total of 3.2 miles at medium incline and medium intensity settings. it was definitely intense, but i definitely did not feel as winded as I would have a month and a half ago. Cardio definitely keeps improving.

Training note:
I wasn't as satisfied with my workout today as others. I was pretty beat after work.. stuck digging thru clay and tree roots. Definitely took a toll on my arms, so I had to cut the workout one set short. Pushed hard tho and still increased weight and reps on a few workouts.
 
Also, I will be increasing my rats s4 dosage by 10mg tomorrow, since there has been no side effects seen.

s4 provides great results even at 50 mg but once you get up in the 100 mg range, there is a significant increase in strength and muscle hardening and you will definitely notice the difference... excellent work so far bro... keep it going!!
 
Sorry for the wait for the next update.. Work this week kicked the shit out of me so I had to take a couple more rest days than planned. Got back into the gym today:

Training Note: Since the S4 increase my rat has reported little sides. Notices a very slight yellow tint when he wakes up, but its gone within 45 mins. Strength has increased already.. reps are going up for the same or more weight in just one week.
