I wouldn't do deca again, but you'll want 10 weeks of it if you want it to do anything for you. Just be prepared for your dick to go on strike for a couple of months after the cycle.

I've used it twice. Once I did cyp @ 400/ wk for 15 weeks and deca @300/ wk for 10. I recovered in around 2 months, used hcg and clomid for pct. Muscular gains were good, but it was about a month and a half until my shit worked right again. I was 26 when I ran that. I just did 10 weeks of sust @ 500/ wk and deca @ 400/wk. Again, great gains, joints felt fantastic, didn't lose much after pct which was hcg, clomid, and aifm. I'm going on 4 months after my last shots and my soldier isn't where he should be.

shoot it in your ass. Split an ass cheek into four boxes, and look to inject into the lower right box (on your right cheek) and the opposite for the left cheek. If the pin is 1.5 inches, bury it, but make sure your ass is not flexed..keep it relaxed. Aspirate the needle (actually pull the plunger out a bit, not push in....to see if there is any blood pulled into the needle, in which case pull it out). If not blood, you're good, push that plunger down until it's drained and you're good!

I never get the negative sides with deca. But yes, you need to run it more than 5 weeks. 250mg sus and 200mg deca is an ok first cycle, with the dbol the first 4 weeks. Problem is that sustenon has testosterone proprionate in it, and that is a shorter acting esther. Test E would be great with deca. If you haven't already bought the gear, go with 1 amp sust 250 twice a week for 500mg a week total, with the dbol the first 4 weeks, and drop the deca all together.

And IM shots are easy, they are not dangerous if done correctly. spotinjections is a great site.

thanks for the info guys. i'm not going to do the deca. i'm going to do two injections of sust250 one on monday and one on friday for 10 weeks and increase the dbol to 40mg. what do you think. that should be enough unless you thinks its good to add winny to harden up for the last few weeks? should i go longer. i have hcg and clomid for pct

You can do winny for the last 4 to tighten up some bro. Make sure you have an AI on hand bro, you might bloat a little. Have PCT in check too bro before you start. Good luck on your cycle!
