Can u explain me these words that I keep reading in different threads.
Test, ECA, T3, ? Where all these words goes to ?

T3 (cytomel) is an oral steroid that increases the rate at which nutrients are used for energy....the con to that pro is that is messes up your thyroid and is very catabolic (muscle eating) and if you don't run it correctly/with an anabolic compound you're going to end up losing muscle
