"shoot for 5kcal, 150-200pro, avoid the complex carbs and sugars, and fats" Sorry I have no idea how getting 5k worth of cals is possible at only 150-200 g of protein..avoiding complex carbs & healthy fat? Not trying to be an ass but you're not a hard gainer, you just have no clue how to eat.

I didn't even read that part of his post. but right away his stats to me show he isn't eating right, i don't even need to read further.

also a lot of guys post a diet that they are on once or twice a week.. most of the week they eat slop or fast food. thats the reality of the internet.

OP read my 2 links in my signature on diet and workout split. follow that for the next year. and you will put on MORE mass then you ever will on juice doing what you have been doing. and keep in mind that i weighed LESS than you when i used to be an endurance runner.. i had to quit because of leg injuries and got back into lifting again. i put on 35 pounds naturally just focusing on bulking and lifting. then i worried about juicing. the rest is history.
