First Test cycle, any final thoughts, thanks

Gents, put together my first test e cycle and im set to get started. I just wanted to hear any last mintues thoughts or adjustments i should keep in mind. Heres my stats and plan:
Age:26
h:5'6
w:150
BF:11%
exp:6 years crossfit/bodybuilding
Diet: straight foward, between food/shakes....shoot for 5kcal, 150-200pro, avoid the complex carbs and sugars, and fats. I'm a hard gainer, I understand this is the key to my gains.
What im expecting: I want 15lbs Lean body mass, and i want it there after PCT.

proposed cycle / thoughts (trying to keep it very simple)
weeks 1-12 500mg Test (250mg 2x a week) thought of running this at 400mg a week due to my size.
weeks 13-14 Nothing
PCT weeks 15-19: Nolva 40/40/20/20 Pretty set on the nolva, dont think you can get me to switch to clomid unless theres some great evidence ive just missed, but nolva seems fine to me for this.
Arimidex 0.5mg on hand for sides... Now i'm still torn on taking it from the beginning for weeks 1-12 @ 0.25-0.5mg EOD to hopefully totally prevent gyno/sides. Or should I just wait it out and see what developes. Every thread seems to go back and forth about which way to do it. Im leaning toward just leaving it out until i see some sides coming on, then dosing it as described above.
HCG is on hand as well: Once again i'de like to keep this as a reserve if i see the boys disapearing. Option b would be to run this from around weeks 4-12 @ 250UI 2x a week. Once again hopeing for simplicity on this cycle.

Once again gents I'm shooting for simplicity/safety, since its my first cycle, I'm not interested in kickstarting, so we can leave DBOL outta here. My biggest 2 questions are on that arimidex and HCG as i mentioned above and what your thoughts. Also I understand everyone cycles different, so i get that some "shooting from the hip" here will be necessary and i accept the risks.

Your pct is shitty, and you'll regret it, but you've already said you're set on running it.

I am open to all advice here... Like I said, if you have some info on how to / why spruce up the pct IDE love it... But from most of my research I've gathered keep it simple on the first run and straight nolvadex seemed the easiest.
 
Your pct is awful. How do u expect to recover by just taking Nolva?

This is my opinion everyone has their own. Run adex from day 1, .5 eod, that will prevent any gyno. Seven to ten days after ur last pin run hcg eod, between 1000-1500 iu and grab some clomid bro for pct, nolva is crap. Run clomid when u start hcg at 50 mg day for two weeks and then 25 mgs a day for the following two weeks. Get some DAA also for pct and unleashed/post cycle. If that's nit available I hear forged post cycle is good. I don't think u need an AI because clomid has anti-e properties in it. That's my .02c but whatever u do if u don't take my advice, do not do what u proposed above cause u will regret it.

Thanks for the hits on the pct I guess nolvadex really is outdated, and I should go with the clomid as advised... And that unleashed/post cycle looks great I'm gonna pick some up. So to update the pct here: 10 days after last pin

Run w/ the unleashed/ post cycle as prescribed
Hcg 10 days post last pin @1000 eod but for how long? till I finish the clomid?
 
Two or three 10,000 iu bottles. Don't forget daa its cheap and works nicely. First hcg shot do 2000 iu and then 1000 eod following. It'll send a nice blast to ur testicles. Just my advice...

bro nolva does nothing to restore hpta... its a fucking estrogen blocker... its very outdated... i do like the fact that your keeping your first cycle simple... there's no need to go crazy on a first cycle so you are wise for this... i think you are fine to just do 400 mg as opposed to 500... i like that better on a first cycle...

1-12 test e 400 mg week
1-12 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
7-14 hcg 500 iu's week or hcgnerate

I don't like the fact that you have been bodybuilding for 6 years but only weigh 150 pounds.. something is wrong here, not trying to split hairs at all. yeah you aren't a tall guy but I am your height too and 150 is pretty damn skinny, i cannot imagine weighing that much and having very much mass on myself.

you need to re-examine your diet and workouts. crossfit wont' build large muscle mass like focusing on weight training will. thats a fact that cannot be denied.

"shoot for 5kcal, 150-200pro, avoid the complex carbs and sugars, and fats" Sorry I have no idea how getting 5k worth of cals is possible at only 150-200 g of protein..avoiding complex carbs & healthy fat? Not trying to be an ass but you're not a hard gainer, you just have no clue how to eat.
