Gents, put together my first test e cycle and im set to get started. I just wanted to hear any last mintues thoughts or adjustments i should keep in mind. Heres my stats and plan:
Age:26
h:5'6
w:150
BF:11%
exp:6 years crossfit/bodybuilding
Diet: straight foward, between food/shakes....shoot for 5kcal, 150-200pro, avoid the complex carbs and sugars, and fats. I'm a hard gainer, I understand this is the key to my gains.
What im expecting: I want 15lbs Lean body mass, and i want it there after PCT.
proposed cycle / thoughts (trying to keep it very simple)
weeks 1-12 500mg Test (250mg 2x a week) thought of running this at 400mg a week due to my size.
weeks 13-14 Nothing
PCT weeks 15-19: Nolva 40/40/20/20 Pretty set on the nolva, dont think you can get me to switch to clomid unless theres some great evidence ive just missed, but nolva seems fine to me for this.
Arimidex 0.5mg on hand for sides... Now i'm still torn on taking it from the beginning for weeks 1-12 @ 0.25-0.5mg EOD to hopefully totally prevent gyno/sides. Or should I just wait it out and see what developes. Every thread seems to go back and forth about which way to do it. Im leaning toward just leaving it out until i see some sides coming on, then dosing it as described above.
HCG is on hand as well: Once again i'de like to keep this as a reserve if i see the boys disapearing. Option b would be to run this from around weeks 4-12 @ 250UI 2x a week. Once again hopeing for simplicity on this cycle.
Once again gents I'm shooting for simplicity/safety, since its my first cycle, I'm not interested in kickstarting, so we can leave DBOL outta here. My biggest 2 questions are on that arimidex and HCG as i mentioned above and what your thoughts. Also I understand everyone cycles different, so i get that some "shooting from the hip" here will be necessary and i accept the risks.
