First real cheat meal in over a year... check it

I agree how you say its gametime. I'm not waiting for "the new year", I've cheated considerably the last 2 or 3 days, and today is time to crank it up. I'm going to start my day off ordering about 160$ of gear from ANAFIT and then im going to break my morning in with a 3mile run. I'm tired of the bullshit, time to put up or shut up.
 
You just ate more food in one meal than Paris Hilton And Lindsay Lohan eat in 2 yrs combined.

Time to go hurl and eat ex lax like they're Andes After Dinner Mints.

Thats the way to do it bro! Its normally pretty easy for me to flip the switch and eat straight up clean.

This is the first time I really ever "bulked" while on gear, normally its for cutting that I cycle gear. Damn is it easy to grow on gear with high cals. I seem to grow just by looking at food!

Off to the gym to hit some PR's with all the calories!

I ate xmas dinner at my aunts house today and was planning on starting to really turn the "shred" on starting tommorrow so I figured what the hell, I everything from turkey to mashed potatoes to stuffing with gravy to broccolli caserole to m+m's to cookies with peanut butter to butter pecan ice cream to apple pie to snickers candies.

I was so bloated I had to take a walk to rid myself of the sick feeling. I then proceeded to having some oreo cookies with chocolate milk with some more M+M's.....

I learned 2 things, that I hate eating like that, it makes you feel sick literally and also like a fat lard-fuck. #2 one bad meal makes you bloated within 30-45 minutes.


Games on tommorrow bro's, just like someone flicked the switch, it's gametime.

I have went from 180 to 198 in 5 weeks eating clean foods, so I topped it off with this shitty meal, I weigh 203 after all the food. I am going to rip it down to 185 6-7% bf at 5"7...... thats my goal.

I don't have any recent pics, here is a blurry pic from the summer, 175 lbs, 5'7", sitting around 7% bf.

Right now I am 198 at roughly 8-9% bf. I'll get some pics up sometime.

BTW this pic was from last April, all natural. I hadn't ran a cycle in 2 years at that time. After the comp I started a nice long lean bulker, gained nearly 20 lbs and lost bf thanks to some winstrol and t3 along with primo, and eq:)
