First HGH cycle - Newbie

Hello folks. Hope you can help me out with this one.
I'm 24, done about 7-8 cycles before -Mostly Test enth/prop, Deca and tren. Some orals too.
On my last cycle i tried winny - which i shouldnt' do because of my massive joint problems in my shoulders.

i'm now in pretty bad shape compared to earlier since the size-training have been very difficult the last 6 months. So well.. my weight is now about 80kg's - 178cm tall. fat about 13-14%.


I am going to try some HGH for several reasons - but i'm aiming at building some mass, hopefully without bad sides. :)
Some of my reasons to try HGH is:
*Joint/bone "support"
* Lean musclemass
* better skin (i have a bit acne problem on my back)
* Fat loss
* hopefully fix my lower back muscleinjury (snowboard accident)


Since i'm new to HGH.. How it should be cycled, what to stack with, and how?


i thought about adding 0,5iu a day for about a week - then add 0,5-1iu each week until i reach 5iu. for now i have 1000iu available for my first period.

havn't thought much about the stacking with aas yet... i don't have experience with more than 12-14weeks of cycles. If anyone has a great experience just sticking with the hgh, and leave the aas out, let me know...

For bulking I would do this:

-5-6ius Three times a week (M,W,F)
-Dbol, deca or npp and test

You need to run the GH for 20 weeks minimum to see significant progress.

How about if i am going to run the 5ius about 30 weeks?

I bet most people don't run their npp-test cycle during all that time?

how do people do their stacks during HGH?
Cut the npp-test cycle after 12 weeks, run a pct in 4 weeks, and on the train again?
 
I have strong opinions about the use of HGH based on my experience using it with a wide variety of aas stacks.

HGH is powerful and causes permanent growth changes to the size of your organs and skeleton. It also supplements the output of the main hormone produced by the body. The pituitary gland must be protected.

So ... IMO and experience, keep your dosages low. Use it in partnership with aas. Think of it as the foundation of your stack. I would not go over 2 iu M-F with Sat/Sun off.

Top it off with a standard stack aimed at cutting or mass, which ever you are doing.

You'll find a lot of info in the stickies.

Ideal mass builder stack? 250 mg test p + 150 mg npp twice a week. 20 mg dbol ed. 2 iu HGH M-F. 0.5 mg adex twice a week.
Basic exercise program doing 5's.
9 hours recovery every day.
Lots of meat/fish/fowl and veggies ... small amount of fruit and whole grains. Lots of water.

BTW ..... 1,000 iu on hand? HGH sells legit for $15 to $20 per iu. That's one valuable catche!
 
At your age you're already getting most of what exogenous will give you. It's not a miracle drug. Frankly, I'd have gone with IGF-1 but since you've already got it make the most of it.
 
I am probably going to start running hgh at a low-ish dose (maybe 1-2iu/day?) every day forever... here in about 2 years when my natural gh drops down

I think you should start small and see how you do. I found that 2-4 iu is all I need for great results,,,fat loss..rejuvenation,,etc..

But, as far as the cost goes, I'm guessing he's talking about the black market stuff that's around now for more like $1.25 per iu. It's not as potent in many cases, but still many many folks are very pleased with it. I think I would be too for any decent results at those kind of prices.

BTW- I'm not referring to any one lab or anything. There's a lot of stuff out there right now in that price vicinity. It's kind of the going rate for bulk hgh, so not trying to expose anything here!

the chinese generics if u have the right source are just as good as pharm grade i think 6 ius a day my hands are numb as hell all the time

You don't need 5ius everyday. Using it for bulking and cutting are totally different. You should inject it differently as well.

You can run test and NPP the entire time, diet and cardio will determine what way you want your body to grow.

The people that I know who use it this way are on trt so they are always "on".

Just one question: why do u suggest to go off sat/sun? isn't that just for saving some money? wouldn't it be better to run it all the way mon-sun, or devide it into three dosages - mon-wed-fri?

Ps: As for the HGH 15-20$ per iu stuff.. Not 100% sure what you mean. I'm norwegian, and could be misunderstanding some English here.. :D
But that sounds like expensive shit.
I paid about 3$ for bluetops per iu from china - good quality.
The rules are a bit different here too - it's not illegal to use steroids/hgh :)

i think actually i will consider putting myself at 2-4ius after reading a bit, and seeing what most of you people agree here.

aight.. Starting to get somewhere.
i've decided to run Test enanthate as base 500mg EW.
Will run approx. 2iu's ED.

I need to setup a good mass building cycle.

I got this:

1000iu HGH bluetops
50ml testo enanthate 250mg/ml
20ml Equipose 200mg/ml
10ml Deca Decanoate 200mg
200 tabs Turanabol 10mg
50 Clomid 50mg
50 nolva if needed (itchy nipples could occur) :)


any recommendations?

2ius at 5 on 2 off will mostly lead to a minimal amout of fat loss at best. He's not really going to reap the entire benefits.

Also if he's bulking then he should be using a higher dose three times a day for two reasons. First, to get the most out of using GH in the first place and second, as to not supress this natural release of GH. So with your recommendation of 2ius a day for 5 days that would lead to be a total of 10ius a week. Why not use 10ius over three days as to not disrupt the natural GH release?

Running 2ius/day at age 24 has really realllllly leaned me out to the point my thyroid is hyperactive it seems. Cool with it ;)

HGH: cycle split in workouts mon-wed-friday. devide the doses into three workout dosages.
I list the ED dose here. like this: 2iu= 2x7/3= 4,5iu pre workout.
Found a box of d-bol in my drawer too, i'll add that since it's christmas. I add the nolva on week 3 because of the dbol and itchy nipples problem that possibly will come :)
test/eq/deca= ew.

I will adjust my clen dosage following my body reciepe: when i shake like hell - reduce the dose a bit :D approx 4-5 tabs a day i think.. 80-100mcg. of course i start with 20-40-60-80-100.

What do you mean by injecting it differently? I'm currently on 4iu/day. Been on for less than 2 weeks. I take 2 in the morning and 2 b4 bed. Is this not right??

Take your total weekly ius and divide by 5 or 7 (if you're running 5 on 2 off or just ed) use it first thing in the AM. If over a total of 6ius a day split the dosage into two equal injections, first one first thing AM and the second early afternoon.

You don't take it before bed because that is when your body releases the biggest pulse of GH. Approx. 2-3 hous after you go to bed. By using the GH at night what you're doing is supressing this natural release. Look at it this way you can have 1 or 2 doses of GH a day, if you're dosing at night you're missing out on a free one and you're further suppressing your natural GH. Make sense?

I'm considering doing HGH also, but is it worth doing with nothing else? or just some orals and Clen/T3?

If you're going to use it with an oral only use anavar along with T3. Clen is really bad for your heart and I just hate it, I think some OTC fat burners work just as well, as long as your diet is in check. Try it if you want.

Personally I would run it with about 500mg test and a high dose of anavar for 8 weeks at 80-100mg ED, AFTER your at or below 10% bf. You have to use GH for a period of 20-30 weeks to really reap the benefits of it, any less and you'll waste it.

GH+Anavar+Test+diet+cardio=peeled. Not in that order of course.

sorry guys for buttin in there has anyone used the hgh - no label blue top fit in the white box sug as a rug ive been offered some but dont like the look of no label gear
 
thanks fudge, it does make sense but, should you take more than 2iu's in one injection? How much can be absorbed at once? I'm taking 4/day so maybe i should do 2@7am and 2@mid afternoon?

That can be debated for ever, personally I think once a day PWO is optimal. On off days use it first thing in the AM.
