Background: 73 inches roughly 214lbs roughly 12% bodyfat per 3 site caliper, 32 years old, did some lifting in High School and some in the military, but off and on. I recently got back into lifting about one year ago, I eat pretty clean but still need to loose some more body fat "goal is 9-8%",
Current workout routine: lift 3 days and cardio 5 days, I am going to probably switch next year to a 5 day weights single body parts: Chest, Lats, Legs, shoulders, arms and cardio 5 days
I eat roughly 2500-2700 in calories on training days with around 240ish protein and 150 ish carbs, very clean and maybe one cheat meal "lunch". My goal is to gain 7-10 lbs lean muscles and of course keep it. I don't smoke and rarely drink, my liver is fine and checked via blood test last week. I was recommended a cycle that looks like this: I don't have access to SERMS or I can but might be risky "military shipping address APO AE"
I have already purchased all the following products and are awaiting delivery
1-4 Helladrol 4 caps a day spread out
1-4 N2guard 7 caps every day
1-4 Bridge 2 cap 3 times a day
1-4 forged burner 1 cap in the morning and 1 cap late afternoon
4-8 forma-stanzol 5 pumps in the morning and 5 pumps at night
4-8 forged post cycle 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps at night.
My goal is too start this cycle mid March.
My questions are as follows:
--Can I increase my Hella cycle one or two weeks ? But knowing I only have enough N2guard for 30 days?
--Suggestions on calorie/protein intake while on cycle and PCT. Or does it matter?
--Since i have two bottle of bridge coming, would it be wise to continue Bridge into the PCT?
