I've been doing a lot of research but am to the point of needing advice/tips
I plan on doing an 8 weeks cycle
1-8 osta 20mg
1-8 gw 5mg am 5mg pm
1-8 hcgenerate
1-8 n2slin
Pct
9-11 bridge
9-11 forged pct
I am currently 5'11" 200lbs, my goal is to get to 190lbs. I've lost 15lbs the past 3 months with extensive cardio, weight training and dieting but have hit a wall.
Does the pct look right? From what I have read, clomid is a little extreme but please correct me if I am wrong. Should I include anything else in the cycle? Also I do take forged burner often, mostly for the energy boost before hitting the gym (and for a late night study sesh) . Should I stop taking it when I start this cycle or incorporate it in?
Also when taking gw and osta, can you mix it with something like water or take it straight up?
Any advise would be much appreciated.
