Hi! How are you fellas? I'm 24 years old currently at 167 lbs and around 5'8" tall. I would say I'm currently at 15 or more percent body fat since I've got no ABS showing like I had before (150 lbs) Haven't hit the gym as hard as I did back when I didn't work. My brother is telling me to take Test-E 500mg and Deca-durabolin 250mg then pct with clomid 50mg daily for 3 weeks. I haven't read much because I just rely on him. I actually have the gear already but don't want to start without getting some info regarding the cycle. I read that this is not a good 1ST time cycle? Can someone point me to the direction of the proper 1ST cycle, better yet give me a good cycle.
I try to eat clean but it's kinda hard when you work 12 hours and only get 1 30 min break. I aim for high proten, mid carbs, and low fat.
